液体发酵生产云芝糖肽

摘    要:通过5株云芝菌种筛选,获液体发酵生产云芝糖肽较好的菌株Y—1和Y-4,摇瓶作为一级种子放大至50L全自动罐发酵,28℃、4d,菌丝体干重达24.8g/L。将菌丝体破碎、超滤浓缩、醇沉干燥后,云芝胞内糖肽产率达2.21g/L,糖肽总糖为54.7%,肽32.95%。

Abstract:By filtering five bacterium seed of curious uersicolor, it can get better bacterium Y-1 and Y--4 of the production of Curious vesicular polysaccharopeptide by submerged fermentation. As the excellent seed, shake-flask culture enlarge to the 50L auto fermentation jar, 28c, 4d, the net weight of mycelium can achieve to 24.8g/L. when mycelium is broken, become inspissations, cop recitation drying, the production rate of the curious uersicolor polysaccharopeptide would achieve to 2.21g/L, polysaccharopeptide is 54.78%, tide is 32.95%.
