高铬砖抗浮法玻璃侵蚀的研究

摘    要:采用坩埚抗渣试验方法对颗粒氧化铬砖、致密氧化铬砖和熔铸锆刚玉做了抗浮法玻璃侵蚀性对比实验,对试验后的样品进行了扫描电子显微镜分析.结果表明:致密氧化铬砖的抗浮法玻璃侵蚀性好于颗粒氧化铬砖,颗粒氧化铬砖的抗浮法玻璃侵蚀性好于熔铸锆刚玉砖.

Abstract:The comparison experiments of corrosion-resistant to float glass melt have been done on particulate and compact chromic brick as well as fused cast zirconia-alumina brick . The scanning electron microscopic analysis has also been carried out . The results show that the order of corrosion resistant of the three kinds bricks to glass melt as follows : compact chromic brick is the best and the fused cast zirconia-alumina brick is the worst , the particulate chromic brick is intermediate .
