| 摘 要： | 导弹发射阵地的选址是一项重大决策问题,也是一个复杂的系统工程.对导弹发射阵地选址方案进行综合评价可为实际决策提供依据.由于影响因素的复杂性和模糊性,通过充分考虑各种影响因素,采用基于模糊数的模糊综合评价法和专家评判法相结合对方案进行量化处理.实例表明这种方法简单、实用,能较好地解决该类决策问题.

| Abstract: | It is not only an important decision problem that an optimum launch position of missile is chosen, but also it is a complex system engineering. It can give a good recommend for decision-maker by judging optional schemes. For the affect factors are complex and fuzzy, all kinds of affect factors are considered and the quantitative analysis methods of the questions are researched.The combination of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and analytic hierarchy process is adopted. The example proves the validity and practically of the method. |
