摘    要:处于信息社会的现代高新技术产业及信息设备要求高可靠性及高动态品质的电能供应。本文较全面地介绍了基于电力电子技术的电能质量控制技术及其发展,并对各种电能质量控制技术进行了简单的对比,仅供电能质量控制技术的研发及应用参考。文中还根据我国电力供求两方面的现状指出改善电能质量是一项系统工程并具有迫切性。

Abstract:High power quality,which is characterized by higher reliability,lower unvariety even in transient state,more flexible control and convenient for use,is a term describing the value-added power demanded by knowledge economic society which is pioneered by information and new industrial technologies.The power electronic technology based modern custom power technology is introduced and reviewed in this paper.The characteristics, performance and cost of every controller are listed and compared.Based on its characterization and conditions of China,it is pointed out that the improvement of power quality is a large systematic project and needs the efforts and cooperation of the whole society.
