地下管道防腐层状况伪随机码检测技术

摘    要:地下金属管道防腐层的损坏,使管体产生严重腐蚀,造成管道事故,因此有必要对其防腐层进行定期不开挖检测.本文将伪随机码技术引人地下管道防腐层状况测量,在分析测量原理的基础上,建立了系统模型,并对发送端和接收端设备以及工作流程分别作了说明;对部分单元做了实验,并对整个检测系统进行了仿真实验,实验和仿真结果证明方案合理可行.

Abstract:The underground metal pipes can be seriously corrupted by the damages of their anticorrosive layers and cause accidents. So it's necessary to do regular nondestructive detection of such anticorrosive layers. In this paper, the technique of pseudorandom code is introduced into this field. The system model is constructed based on measurement principle and the models of transmitting and receiving devices are explained respectively. In the end, the experiment to the transmitting devices and simulation to the system are done; the results show that the scheme is reasonable.
