| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了SOC设计中的典型信号完整性问题．描述了信号完整性问题的表现形式,着重分析了影响信号完整性的几个常见问题-串扰．电磁干扰和反射,并有针对性地提出了解决问题的具体方案。在电路设计中．采取相应的措施能有效地提高信号完整性。

| Abstract: | In the paper, we expatiate on the typical problem on signal integrality in the design of SOC, and describe the form of signal integrality, then analysis some familiar problems-Cross Talk, Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI), Reflections-which affect the signal integrality. In the end, we bring forward some measures that can solve the problems effectually. In the design of circuit, the measures can improve the signal integrality very much. |
