油化技术监督在变压器状态评估中的应用

摘    要:通过对贵阳市220kV筑东变电站和110kV观水变电站2台1号主变压器开展的变压器状态评估工作,系统地分析了变压器预防性试验和检修维护工作的现状,通过分析一个具体实例,即贵阳市110kV彭家湾变电站1号主变压器严重性故障的发现及处理过程,得出结论:多数情况下,对设备缺陷、故障的初步定性需要依靠色谱分析;综合分析也要结合色谱分析结果进行。色谱分析能够判断出许多高压试验无法发现的缺陷和潜在故障。从而充分说明了油化技术监督的重要性。

Abstract:According to the work of transformer state assessment of 2 No. 1 main transformers in 220 kV Zhudong substation and 110 kV Guanshui substation in Guiyang city, the present situation of preventive testing and overhaul maintenance for transformer was analyzed. Through analysis of a specific example, the course of handling for serious fault of No. 1 main transformer in 110 kV Pengjiawan substation in Guiyang city, the conclusion is that under the most condition, chromatograph analysis is needed for determining the nature of equipment defect and fault preliminarily, and integrative analysis will also combine the result of chromatograph analysis, and chromatograph analysis can judge a lot of defects and potential faults which cannot be discovered by high voltage tests. It is fully explained the importance of oil chemistry technology supervision.
