| 摘 要： | 香港新市镇与郊野公园两者之间在至少三个方面存在着紧密的空间关系:发展时机上互相呼应,土地利用上互相制约,功能发挥上互为补充.目前,新市镇与郊野公园在构建香港城市空间框架方面共同扮演着重要角色,在促进集约型城市土地利用模式的形成方面意义重大,这也为内地很多城市提供了一种提高土地利用效率、完善城市综合功能、满足居民游憩需求的新途径.

| Abstract: | The spatial relationship between Hong Kong's new towns and country parks illustrates their interaction and interdependence in the following three aspects at least: stages, land-use, and function. Nowadays, they together play the most important role in outlining Hong Kong's urban spatial frame and help a lot in achieving an economical and effective urban land-use pattern, which may offer a new way for mainland cities to gain more effectiveness in land-use, improving urban functions, and satisfying residents' recreation need better. |
