低氮燃烧器在齐鲁热电厂3~#锅炉上的应用

摘    要:介绍低氮燃烧器在齐鲁热电厂3#锅炉上的应用效果。实施后3#锅炉NOx排放浓度降至427.5 mg/m3,飞灰含碳量降低0.6个百分点;其水冷壁燃烧区域的烟气分析结果表明:烟气中含氧量有较大提高,还原性气氛降低,改善了水冷壁表面运行环境,降低了水冷壁高温腐蚀速率,提高了锅炉效率。

Abstract:The paper introduced application effect of burner with low oxynitride emission on No. 3 boiler of the thermal power plant, oxynitride emission concentration decreased to 427.5 mg/m3 and carbon content of flyash decreased by 0.6% after application of the burner. Analysis results of the smoke produced by combustion zone of the water cooling wall of the burner showed oxygen concentration of the smoke was increased and reduction air was decreased, which could improve running ambient, reduce high temperature corrosion speed of the water cooling wall and increase the boiler efficiency.
