摘    要:0Cr17Ni7是为生产国产新型高档列车而专门研制的不锈钢板材。为满足国内列车生产厂的冲压生产需要,我们对5种不同厚度(d=10,15,20,25,30)的该种板材进行冲裁性能试验,得出其在各种不同相对间隙下的不同板厚的冲裁性能数据,以便于工厂生产时参考和选用。

Abstract:The paper describe the design about OCr17Ni7 steel for civil new-type advanced cars. In order to meet punching manufacturing in civil factories, the experiments on this steel with 5 different sizes have been done.The experiment shows punching data under different interval and different size for factory choosing reference.
