摘    要:实验建立了植物样中阴离子F-、SO42-的离子色谱测定方法,样品用Na2CO3-ZnO(3+2)混合熔剂熔融,用亚沸水提取并用阳离子交换树脂对溶液进行处理,用抑制电导检测离子色谱法,分离和检测出植物样中的阴离子.经国家植物标准参考物验证,方法的准确性和重现性较好,操作流程短,检出限低,基体干扰小.

Abstract:The ion chromatography method is established in this experiment to determine the anions F-.SO2-4 in the plant samples.Firstly,the samples are melted by mixed flux of Na2CO3-ZnO(3+2),and extract with the second boiling water,secondly,the solutions are treated by cation exchange resin,and then separate and determine the anions from plant samples by ion chromatography,after detecting by suppressed conductivity.Verified by the national plant standard reference,this method is of preferable accuracy and repeatabi...
