低密度强抑制钻井液室内研究

摘    要:针对普光气田千佛崖组以上陆相地层特点,探索室内低密度低固相条件下影响钻井液流变性能的因素,优选适用于低密度强抑制钻井液的提粘切处理剂、降滤失剂。初步确定室内低密度强抑制钻井液体系配方,同时对钻井液体系进行综合性能评价,结果表明该体系具有良好的抑制防塌及悬浮携砂性。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of terrestrial stratum above Qianfoya Group in Puguang gasfield, the factors on rheologic behavior of drilling fluid under the conditions of low densitry and low solid content were examined in laboratory, and viscosity increaser and filtrate loss reducer applicable for drilling fluid with low density and high inhibition were selected. The optimum formulation of drilling fluid system with low density and high inhibition was determined through experiments, and evaluated The results show that this drilling fluid system has good inhibiting sealing capacity and suspended sand carrying ability.
