某含铜低品位镍矿石的浮选试验研究

摘    要:通过对某含铜低品位镍矿石的浮选试验研究,确定适宜该矿石性质的工艺条件及工艺流程,并获得了铜富集比113倍含铜16.05%,铜回收率50.82%的铜精矿和镍富集比12倍含镍2.97%,镍回收率56.34%的镍精矿,这说明低品位镍矿石仍具有一定的回收价值。

Abstract:Through studying on the flotation of a low--grade nickel--copper ore. The process conditions and technological process of the ore were made sure . And the experiment obtained the copper concentration ratio is 113, Cu--16.05%, and the recovery of copper is 50.82 %; the nickel concentration ratio is 12, Ni-- 2.97 %, and the recovery of nickel is 56.34%. It shows that low--grade nickel ore still have some recovery value.
