摘    要:矿业公司近几年已对各个矿山的开采、选矿工艺、尾矿处理进行了系统研究,打造出矿山超贫钒钛磁铁矿高效回采、节约资源示范工程,在超贫钒钛磁铁矿的开采利用方面走在行业前列;对选厂干式抛尾渣再回收利用,实现矿石资源利用的最大化;采用尾砂充填技术来解决长期制约矿山安全生产的尾矿排放、抛尾渣堆放、地灾频发的难点。公司发展矿山循环发展、实现了矿山可持续发展。

Abstract:In recent years, the mining company has studied systematically in mining, beneficiation process, tailings disposal. The efficient mining of the ultra poor vanadium titano-magnetite has been created, the demonstration project of the resource conservation has been created, which was at the forefront of the industry in the exploitation of the ultra poor vanadium titano-magnetite. The drying tailings slag has been recycled on plant to maximize the resource utilization. Using tailings filling technology can solve the constraints of the safety in mining tailings discharge, throwing tailings piling up and the geologic disaster. The company has developed the mine cyc-ling and realized the mine sustainable development.
