提高尾矿含铜分析准确度的研究

摘    要:为了提高尾矿物料中铜量分析的准确度,对碘量法测定铜的分析方法(GB/T3884.1)进行了优化,对标准滴定溶液、样品溶解、酸度控制、滴定管选择等影响因素做了研究,制定了该方法。该方法具有操作简单、结果准确的特点,能够满足生产要求。采用标准加入法所得回收率为97.34%~103.16%。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of copper contents determination in tailings and optimize the iodometric method ( GB/T 3884. 1), this method was established. The influence factors such as standard titration solution, sample dissolution, acidity control and burette selection were discussed in this paper. This method is simple and accurate, and can fully meet the requirement of determi-nation of such materials. The recovery rate by standard addition method was in the range of 97. 34% ~103. 16%.
