重型冶金起重设备的改造

摘    要:文章以85t行车改造为背景,分析了重型冶金起重行车在生产实践中出现的故障和问题,重点研究了85t吊车的设计缺陷和改造方案,采用更大功率的变频器和更高绝缘等级的电机,并根据现场和工况进行改造,降低了系统故障率,有效保证了冶金起重设备的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:Based on the improvement of 85T bridge crane, the article analyzes the faults and problems of heavy metallurgical bridge crane during production and mainly makes a research on the 85T crane design flaws and reform scheme. Higher power inverter and higher insulation-class motor were used and reformed according to the site and working condition, which reduced the system fail-ure rate, effectively guaranteed the reliability and security of the metallurgy lifting equipment.
