摘    要:针对传统手工制作鲮鱼丸的工艺方法,进行了工艺试验,并设计出适合工厂化加工的生产线,从而使高档次的无添加淀粉的鱼丸产品实现机械化生产。

Abstract:The processing technique of the traditional making of cirrhina moli-torella hall by hand was presented. According to its characteristics, the effective test of processing technique was done, and a production line was designed. So the product of high - grade non - starch fishball was achieved by mechanical production.
