摘    要:本文针对传统的挖掘机电控系统存在技术落后、故障高、动态效率低、运行成本高、耗能高等缺点,设计了一套基于数字控制的挖掘机直流调速系统,系统采用小功率的CT-M75R驱动器,驱动12只大功率晶闸管组成的正反全控桥主回路,在控制回路中将电压反馈与电流反馈信号接入CT-M75R驱动器,利用驱动器内部丰富的软件功能,编程实现电压与电流的综合反馈.相比国内外电动挖掘机数字直流调速系统,该装置具有价格低、调速性能好、维护方便以及节能显著等优点.

Abstract:Traditional electro-excavator control systems have some disadvantages such as dated technology,high failure,low efficiency,high run cost and so on,thus a digital control DC speed regulating device is designed and developed for electro-excavator.In this study,small power CT-M75R digital driver was used to drive 12p large power SCR which construct full-wave bridge main circuit of the DC speed regulating device,furthermore voltage feedback and current feedback are connected with CT-M75 driver in the control circuit,and synthetic feedback control combined voltage with current is realized by means of CT-M75 software function.Compared with other DC speed regulating devices for electro-excavator,this device provides low price,excellent speed regulating performance,convenient maintenance and prominent energy economizing.
