摘    要:以虚拟样机技术为设计理念,通过UG软件,建立汽车发动机盖锁的虚拟样机模型。运用UG的Motion模块时发动机盖锁进行运动学仿真分析,建立了4个运动分析方案,在虚拟样机模型中为每个运动分析方案建立相应的装配排列。将发动机盖锁的运动模拟以MPEG电影文件形式输出,形成电影动画,并用超级解霸3000播放器进行播放。虚拟样机技术可以减少实物模型和样机的投入,缩短产品开发周期,有利于实现产品的最优设计或变形产品设计。

Abstract:Taking the virtual prototype technology as the designing idea, the virtual prototype model for automobile engine hood lock was established by means of UG software. Utilizing the Motion module of UG, kinematics simulation analysis was carried out on engine hood lock, four schemes of motion analysis were established and the corresponding assembly arrangements were established for every scheme of motion analysis in the model of virtual prototype. Let the motion imitation of engine hood lock be out putted in the form of MPEG movie file to form the movie cartoon and be played by using the super hero 3000 player. Virtual prototype technology could reduce the throw into model of material object and prototype, shorten the period of product development and be advantageous to realize the optimal design of products or the design of deformed products.
