| 摘 要： | 针对采用常法浇注的中镍铬钼冷硬铸铁普线轧机精轧辊白口深度控制难,质量合格率低,轧辊强度低,断辊时有发生的问题,中合金冷硬离心轧辊被成功研制并推广应用,用其替代常法浇注的中镍铬钼冷硬轧辊,耐磨性和强度都有大幅度提高,基本上解决了工作层厚度和断辊的技术难题.

| Abstract: | Aimed at the problems of difficult control white depth,low qualified rate,low intensity and occasional roll-off roll in mid-Ni-Cr-Mo chilled cast iron rolls made by general casting method,the medium alloy chilling centrifugal roll was successfully developed and widespread.Replacing the mid-Ni-Cr-Mo chilled cast iron rolls made by general casting method,the resistance and strength of the new roll has greatly raised,and the technical problem of woking line thickness and roll-off roll is basically solved. |
