界面粘结对PET/尼龙66共混物结晶行为和力学性能的影响

摘    要:利用SEM、DSC等方法,比较了尼龙6和尼龙66对PET结晶的异相成核作用,研究了界面粘结状况对PET/尼龙66共混物结晶行为及力学性能的影响。结果表明,尼龙66对PET结晶的成核能力优于尼龙6。虽然界面粘结听改善不利于PET/尼龙66共混物的结晶,但是经明显提高了共混物的力学性能。

Abstract:Heterogeneous nucleating effect of polyamide 6 (PA 6) and 66 (PA 66) on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was compared, and influence of interfacial adhesion on crystallization and mechanical properties of PET/PA 66 blends were investigated by using SEM, DSC and mechanical testers. The results indicate that PA 66 has stronger nucleating ability on PET crystallization compared with PA 6. Although enhanced interfacial adhesion was unfavorable to the crystallization of PET/PA 66 blends, it improved apparently the mechanical properties of the blends.
