摘    要:以β 环糊精为手性流动相添加剂,于C18柱高效液相色谱上建立了α 环己基扁桃酸对映体的拆分方法。调整流动相配比,使其S型与R型对映体保留时间分别由文献值70min和85min缩短到7 83min和8 83min。最佳拆分条件为:β 环糊精浓度为9 5mmol/L;流动相组成及其比例为V〔c(KH2PO4)=0 075mol/L水溶液〕∶V(乙醇)∶V(乙腈)=65∶20∶15;流量为1mL/min;温度为室温。

Abstract:The method of resolution of α-cyclohexyl-mandelic acid by HPLC with β-cyclodextrin as an additive in the mobile phase on C_(18) column was introduced.The retention times of the S and R enantiomers were reduced from the literature-cited values 70 min and 85 min to 7.83 min and 8.83 min respectively.The premium conditions of resolution of α-cyclohexyl-mandelic acid were concentration of β-cyclodextrin 9.5 mmol/L,composition and percentage of the mobile phase V〔(aqueous KH_2PO_4 solution(0.075 mol/L)〕∶V(ethanol)∶V(acetonitrile)=65∶20∶15,flow rate 1 mL/min and room temperature.
