海洋环境侵蚀作用下混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究

摘    要:试验研究了某海港码头足尺锈蚀混凝土梁的材料力学性能和抗弯承载能力,分析了混凝土梁在海洋环境中的耐久性失效问题,提出了锈蚀混凝土梁的弯曲破坏失效机理,建立了足尺锈蚀混凝土梁的三维有限元模型,并对不同锈蚀程度的混凝土梁进行锈蚀模拟.电化学加速试验结果证明了该模型的合理性.

Abstract:Three full sized reinforced concrete(RC)beams in harbour dock were examined to study the long-term durability of concrete in marine environment.The flexural capacity test and the material me-chanical tests of the beams were carried out.The flexural failure mechanism of corroded reinforced con-crete beam was suggested on the basis of the tests' results.A3D FEM was established to simulate the cor-roded state of the actual full sized RC beam.FEM was also used to simulate the corroded RC beams with different corrosion level.The results agreeing well with the electronic accelerating test results proved that the model can simulate well the corroded RC beams.
