转子油膜失稳现象实验研究

摘    要:对油膜轴承转子系统的升速过程进行振动测试,利用时域波形、幅值谱、轴心轨迹、级联图及全息谱图等手段,完整记录了系统从稳定运转到发生涡动直至油膜振荡的全过程,对油膜失稳引起的低频振动分量进行综合分析,着重考察油压和不平衡量对油膜稳定性的影响.实验结果对预测和避免油膜失稳故障的发生有重要意义,对其故障机理研究也有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:Vibration tests are carried on run-ups of a fluid lubricated rotor-bearing system with specified speed. The whole processes from stable running to oil whirl then the emerging of oil whip are completely recorded by the means of time domain waveforms, amplitude spectrums, center routes of rotor, spectrum cascades and holospectrums. Emphases are on vibrations of low frequency caused by unstable oil-film. In particular, the influence of oil pressure and unbalance on the stability of oil-film is examined in detail. The results of experiments are helpful to predicting and avoiding of unstable oil-film failures, and valuable to the study of mechanism of the malfunctions of fluid lubricated rotor-bearing systems.
