灰色聚类分析法评价城市创新能力

摘    要:从知识创新能力、技术创新能力、制度创新能力、服务创新能力和宏观发展水平等方面出发,用灰色聚类分析法对我国东部具有代表性的12个城市创新能力进行了聚类分析.结果表明可分为3类:第1类城市创新能力最强,与其他城市相比,各项创新能力都处于领先地位;第2类城市总体上创新能力较强,但在一些领域有一定的弱势,需要在建设创新系统和制定创新战略上有一定的侧重,以解决这些问题;第3类城市较前2类城市的创新能力弱.

Abstract:The innovation ability of 12 representative cities in the east of China has been analyzed by the method of gray cluster analysis from the four respects of knowledge technology, system and service innovation abilities as well as the city macroscopic development level. The analyzed results can be classified into three kinds: The first kind of cities have the strongest innovation ability superior to other cities in various respects; The second kind cities have relatively strong innovation ability in totality, but are weak in some fields. That need to strengthen the establishment of innovation system and innovation strategy so as to tackle the problems; The third kind of cities are weakest in innovation ability, which must enhance the innovation ability in all respects.
