摘    要:为提高脱硫装置效率及系统可靠性,需要定期对脱硫系统及关键设备进行性能测试。为此,分析了烟气脱硫系统测试与电站锅炉烟气测量的不同特点,着重介绍了脱硫系统的系统压耗、脱硫效率、石灰石利用率、气-气换热器漏风率、石膏品质分析、除雾器雾滴质量浓度等的测试方法,并指出只有充分考虑性能试验项目及现场实际情况,在试验方法、试验时间、试验次数等方面及时做出调整,才能保证试验数据准确可靠。

Abstract:Periodic performance test of flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system and key equipment is needed to improve the efficiency of desulfurization devices and the reliability of system.Therefore,different features of FGD system test and gas measurement of utility boiler are analyzed with emphasis on test methods of system pressure loss,desulfurization efficiency,utilization ratio of limestone,air leakage ratio of gas-gas heater(GGH),gypsum quality analysis,mass concentration of mist eliminator droplet,etc.It is indicated that in order to acquire accurate and reliable test data,actual situation must be fully taken into account and timely adjustment must be made to such aspects as the method,the time and the number of times of test.
