摘    要:应用扭振理论分析扭振参数与内燃机工作状态之间的因果关系,说明利用扭振特征能诊断内燃机的工作状态,从实际测试和理论仿真的结果证明了能够运用扭振特征参数诊断内燃机的工作状态。并对分析扭振参数的两种方法进行了比较,说明了引进合理的分析参数的方法对诊断效果更加明显。应用轴系扭振特性诊断内燃机工作状态是一种有效的,新的诊断技术。

Abstract:This paper explains how to use the parameters of torsional vibration characteristics(TVC) to diagnose the working state of internal combustion engine(ICE) by using the close correlation between the engine working state and TVC,and the torsional vibration theory.The results of practical test and theoretical simulation by computer proofs that the working state of ICE can be diagnosed by using torsional vibration parameters.The two methods of analyzing the torsinal vibration parameters have been compared to show that the method of using reasonable analysis parameters can make the results of the diagnosis better. It is a new and effective technology to diagnose the working state of ICE by the shaft torsional vibration characteristics.
