| 摘 要： | 神马集团首山焦化公司自主创新研发了整体一步法焦炉煤气制二甲醚新工艺,首先对焦炉煤气提氢,制粗甲醇后再合成二甲醚;公司自主研发了醇醚联产二合一生产装置,研制开发了高活性WD型催化剂和汽化提馏塔等设备,经济和环境效益显著。

| Abstract: | A new one-step process was developed by self-innovation for producing dimethyl ether from coke oven gas at Shoushan Coke Chemistry Company of Shenma Group;in which hydrogen is firstly extracted to produce crude methanol and then dimethyl ether synthetized;the Company developed by self-innovation the two-in-one integrated facility for co-production of alcohol and ether,high-active WD catalyst and gasification extraction-distillation tower;remarkable economic and environmental benefit attained. |
