基于TOC的车间调度系统研究

随着信息技术与管理科学的不断发展，TOC越来越受到广泛的重视，最终覆盖到企业管理的所有职能方面。尤其是在车间调度中，TOC可以抓住重点，提高生产系统的产销率，降低运行成本，能够解决车间调度中复杂的约束问题和动态性问题。文章在讨论了TOC计划与控制的基础上，指出了TOC在车间调度中的优缺点，并给出了解决这些缺点的时策，建立了基于TOC的车间调度系统模型。
