无取向硅钢薄带的研究

摘    要:研究了0.1mm厚无取向硅钢薄带冷轧压下率,热处理制度涂层对磁性的影响。结果表明,通过大冷轧压下率和合适的连续退火工艺,可获得性能优异的无取向硅钢薄带。这种硅钢带是制造高频器件铁芯的良好材料。

Abstract:The effects have been studied concerning cold rolling reduction, annealing temperature and coating on magnetic properties of nonoriented thin silicon steel with 0,1mm thickness. It is shown tbat excellent magnetic properties were obtained by tbe higb reduction and proper process of continuous annealing. This thin silicon steel is good for manufacturing high frequency cores.
