TIG焊接熔池表面变形对流场与热场的影响

摘    要:利用流体力学理论和变分法原理,根据熔池本身重力、电弧压力和表面张力之间的动态平衡,推导出了 TIG 焊接熔池表面变形的计算公式。建立了熔池表面存在变形的流场与热场的数学模型。采用 SIMPLER 方法对不锈钢试件焊接熔池内的流场与热场进行了数值分析。焊接工艺试验表明,该模型计算的熔池成形与实验值吻合良好。

Abstract:With principles of fluid mechanics and calculus of variation,the calcu- lating formula of surface deformation in TIG weld pool is developed based on the dynamic balance of weld tool gravity,arc pressure and surface tens- ion.A mathematical model has been established for fluid flow and heat transfer in weld pool with a deformed surface.By means of SIMPLER method,the welding heat field and fluid field are analyzed.TIG welding experiments show that the predictions of the model have good agreement with experimental observations with respect to weld pool shape.
