Research Progress of Catalysts in Dialkyl Carbonates Synthesis

The synthetic methods of dialkyl carbonate, through ester exchange, oxidative carbonylation, decarbonylation , synthesis with carbon dioxide , have been reviewed in this article. It mainly laid stress on the research and development of catalysts in synthetic technology of dimethyl carbonate , diethyl carbonate, diphenyl carbonate.
