摘    要:提出一种基于无序导线数据自动提取井巷结点的井巷三维自动建模方法,克服了现有井巷建模方法存在的原始导线数据提取复杂,具有复杂斜坡道、竖井、多水平井巷难以进行数据集成,无法同步建模等问题。首先提出基于Bentley-Ottmann算法的三维空间线段求交算法,获取三维井巷各类结点单元信息;然后根据所求结点单元使用广度优先遍历算法进行标准化井巷网络图构建,形成井巷结点单元的空间几何结构;最后通过中线结点单元信息及邻接矩阵数据集,采用多源画线框算法构建基本三维井巷模型,并利用布尔运算技术处理井巷交岔点、竖井、斜坡道等复杂建模情况。结果表明:该算法可以通过无序导线快速生成任意方位三维井巷模型,并结合多源画线框算法与布尔运算算法的优点提高了井巷结点建模连通性处理的速度和效果。本文的研究成果已经在甘肃某矿区采场稳定性安全监测平台得到应用,其自动化生成的井巷模型能够为安全监测数据分析提供实时的可视化信息服务。

New Method and Application of 3D Automatic Modeling of Mine and Roadway Based on Unordered Traverse Data

Abstract:This paper proposes a 3D automatic shaft modeling method based on unordered wire data to automatically extract roadway nodes, which overcomes the complexity of extracting original wire data in existing shaft modeling methods, and has complex ramps, shafts, and multiple horizontal roadway are difficult to integrate data and cannot model synchronously. First, a three-dimensional space line segment intersection algorithm based on the Bentley-Ottmann algorithm is proposed to obtain the information of various node units in three-dimensional shafts; Then use the breadth-first traversal algorithm to construct the standardized roadway network diagram according to the node unit to form the spatial geometry structure of the roadway node unit; finally, through the midline node unit information and the adjacency matrix data set, the multi-source wireframe algorithm is used to construct the basic three-dimensional roadway model, and the Boolean operation technology is used to process the intersection of roadway, shafts, and ramps and other complex modeling situations. The results show that the algorithm can quickly generate a three-dimensional roadway model in any orientation through unordered wires, and the advantages of the multi-source wireframe drawing algorithm and Boolean operation algorithm combined improve the speed and effect of the connectivity processing of the roadway intersection modeling. The research results of this paper have been applied in a stope stability safety monitoring platform in a mining area in Gansu Province, and its automatically generated shaft model can provide real-time visual information services for safety monitoring data analysis.
