摘    要:目的 将家居环境中的椅子作为交互媒介,以开发一种更自然、更适应居家环境的健康促进系统,从而减少生活中的慢性压力对人们造成的生理和心理健康负担。方法 通过用户“坐”的行为活动来表征其在居家环境中的身心健康状态,结合数字化辅助正念,对智能椅的自然交互方式进行实证研究。结果 提出将椅子同时作为输入和反馈的自然人机交互界面,利用用户的身体触觉与呼吸的自然动态映射关系,通过椅子背部气囊大小的变化来引导用户进行正念深呼吸活动。结论 通过对用户焦虑和放松等不同情绪状态下的客观生理信号进行采集并结合用户主观报告量表,可以证明该系统的有效性与可用性。该系统不仅可以有效减少压力并提升用户使用时的情感体验,还可通过“坐”的时长和姿态等指标来反映用户的行为状态。此外,该系统也对人的心理与生理健康的发展起到良好的促进作用,为相关设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The work aims to take the chair in the home environment as an interactive medium to develop a health promotion system that is more natural and adapted to the home environment in order to reduce the physical and mental health burden caused by the chronic stress of life. The users'' behavioral activity of ''sitting'' was used to characterize their physical and mental health and combined with digitally assisted mindfulness theory, the empirical study of the natural interaction of a smart chair in the home environment was carried out. A natural Human-Computer Interaction interface using the chair as both input and feedback was proposed. The natural dynamic mapping relationship between the users'' body touch and breathing was utilized to guide the users through a mindfulness activity by changing the size of the airbag on the back of the chair.The validity and usability of the system can be demonstrated through the collection of objective physiological signals and subjective user-reported scales for different emotional states such as anxiety and relaxation. The system can effectively reduce stress and enhance users'' emotional experience and also reflect users'' behavioral states through indicators such as sitting duration and posture. In addition, it can contribute to the good development of mental and physical health, providing a reference for related designs.
