清江水布垭水电站右岸防淘墙预应力锚索施工技术

摘    要:水布垭水电站防淘墙墙体深埋地下,为保证防淘墙的稳定,在高程190 m的锚固洞内设置对穿式预应力锚索,在预应力锚索廊道中设置内锚式预应力锚索。介绍这2种预应力锚索的施工程序和施工关键技术。后期的锚索测力计监测数据表明,水布垭水电站防淘墙锚索施工能够满足设计要求。结合该工程防淘墙锚索施工实践,总结归纳出地下洞室内预应力锚索的施工工法,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。

Abstract:The anti-wash wall of the Shuibuya Hydroelectric Power Station is buried deep underground.In order to ensure the stability of the anti-wash wall,the opposed prestressed anchor cables are put in the anchor cavern and the anchored ones are placed in the prestressed anchor cables gallery.In this paper,the construction procedure and the key technique of the two prestressed anchor cables are introduced.The dynamometer monitor data show that the anchor cables in the anti-wash wall of the Shuibuya Hydroelectric Power Station can meet the designed demand.Based on this construction practice of anchor cables in anti-wash wall,we summarize the construction method for prestress anchor cables in underground cavern.The method can provide a referrence for similar project.
