| 摘 要： | 在实验室研究的基础上，开发了屈服强度为520MPa级的曲轴用微合金化非调质钢48MnV。工业生产了6000余吨φ151mm大规格圆钢，其各项性能满足了用户要求。指出了宝钢曲轴用非调质钢开发和努力的方向。

| Abstract: | Micro alloyed,non quenched and tempered steel 48MnV for crankshaft was developed on the basis of experimental research,and the yield strength of the steel is more than 520MPa.Over 6000 tons of rod steel,with a diameter of 151mm,has been produced in batches and all the properties meet the demand of the customer.The development trend of non quenched and tempered steel for crankshaft at Baosteel has been discussed. |
