摘    要:以单稳态触发器为核心,针对电液运动平台计算机控制系统的特点,设计了电液运动平台的监控保护系统。采用软件编程的方法,利用IPC5311并行接口板输出频率可调的触发脉冲。通过选择合适的触发脉冲和参数,对单稳态触发器在暂稳态的持续时间进行控制。通过在实验装置上和电液运动平台上实验。选出最佳的系统参数。实际应用表明,该系统可靠性高、实时性强、稳定性好,不但成功地应用于多种机型的飞行模拟器电液运动平台的监控保护系统,还可广泛地应用于计算机控制设备的安全保护。

Abstract:According to characteristic of computer control system of electrohydraulic motion platform,the paper designs a surveillance protection system by the monostable trigger.Adopting method of software programming,the trigger impulse of variational frequency can be exported by the IPC 5311.Choosing appropriate trigger impulse and parameter,the duration of monostable trigger can be controlled.The optimal system parameter can be chosen by the experimentation on experiment equipment and electrohydraulic motion platform.The application in practice shows that the system has characteristics of high reliability,strong real-time and good stability.It can be widely applied to surveillance protection system of electrohydraulic motion platform of flying simulator and safety protection of controlling equipment of computer.
