摘    要:介绍了一种不同废钼催化剂中不同钼含量的测定方法。通过碱熔融,使废催化剂中的钼生成水溶性的六价钼,通过锌粉还原,以二苯胺磺酸钠为指示剂,用重铬酸钾滴定。通过实验证明该方法适用于多种废催化剂中钼含量在3%~40%范围内的测定,回收率在96%-102%。方法快速、准确,误差符合国家标准要求。

Abstract:The method of determing molybdenum content in different spent catalysts was introduced.By alkali melt,the molybdenum in spent catalysts forms +6 molybdenum which can solute in water.It is restored by zinc powder,diphenyl amine sulfonate sodium is used as indicator,potassium dichromate is used as titrant.Experiment has testified that the methed adapts for determination of the molybdenum content which is from 3 to 40 percent from different spent catalysts.The recovery efficiency is from 96 to 102 percent.The method is quick and accurate.The error meets the state-specified standard.
