On the Learning Ability of Cadres

The bringing forward of the concept of learning ability is the sublimation and leap of traditional learning notions.It is of special significance for us to study the learning ability of leading cadres,which would help us get to know and master the rules of cadre-team construction,establish a learning government,a learning party and even a learning society.This paper launches a discussion on the meaning of learning ability,the status of learning ability among the abilities of leading cadres and the ways to enhance the learning ability of leading cadres.
