摘    要:介绍了嵩屿电厂一期2台300MW机组一次调频控制逻辑和参数设置,对CCS侧和DEH侧2种一次调频方式的优缺点进行了分析,针对2种投入方式的不足,对控制策略进行了优化,通过2种不同投入方式的试验和分析,表明优化后的“CCS+DEH”方式的调节性能较好,既能满足电网一次调频响应速度,又能确保机组运行参数(主汽压)的稳定,是投入一次调频功能的优选方式。

Abstract:Primary FM control logic and parameter setting have been described in the article for 2X300MW power units, Phase I in Songyu Power Plant. Both strong and weak points of the primary FM mode between CCS side and DEH side have been analysed and optimization of the control strategy against the weak points of the above-mentioned modes has been made. It shows that the mode "CCS+DEH" is much better in adjusting performance based on test and analysis of both modes which could not only meet the response speed of primary FM for electric network, but also ensure the stability of the operating parameters (main steam pressure) for the power unit. It is the optical mode of the primary frequency modulation.
