摘    要:重庆袁家岗体育中心体育场网壳采用了七种形式的铸钢节点,设计过程中应用ANSYS和COSMOS系列软件对节点进行了空间三维实体有限元计算。线弹性及非线性分析结果表明,最不利工况下,部分节点局部区域的峰值应力有超过铸钢屈服极限的情况,但屈服区域范围小,同时最大应变值尚小。为验证计算分析结果,对两个受力较大的铸钢节点进行了足尺实体静力试验,采用分级加卸载制度获取各级荷载下各观测点应力应变值。两者的比较表明,试验结果与理论计算结果大致相同,最不利应力分布范围总体吻合。铸钢节点绝大部分区域处于线弹性状态,节点整体应力水平不高,表明铸钢节点设计合理。

Abstract:There are seven types of cast steel nodes adopted in Chongqing Yuanjiagang stadium steel web shell.The most harmful working condition is chosen from all the design working conditions.ANSYS and COSMOS finite element softwares are used to analysis the stress and strain of the cast steel nodes.The analysis results reveal that majority areas of the most nodes are in the low stress level.Though the peak value of the stress in part areas exceeds the yield limit of the cast steel,as the yielding areas are small and the maximum strain is acceptable.In order to verify the analysis results,static test on two spatial full-sized solid models is carried out,and the step-by-step load apply system is adopted to find out the stress and strain value of each testing point.The comparision of two kinds of results indicates that they are basically accorded with each other.Stress of most areas of nodes are in elastic phase and the total stress level is not high.The design of cast steel nodes is reasonable.
