煤矿综合自动化系统设计中物联网的应用

摘    要:为了减少井下事故、降低人员死亡率,方便对入井人员、设备、电气、开采环境等实时的监控和管理,在原有的井下工业以太网基础上,融入了物联网的传感器和无线宽带技术,建立无线传感和光纤传输的综合网络。基于物联网的煤矿综合自动化软件平台的开发,使得安全生产的联动控制和实时监测、人员跟踪定位、矿井灾害预警、抢险救灾、煤矿信息管理能够更好的实现。减少了煤矿安全隐患的同时,加速了煤矿企业的现代化脚步。

Abstract:In order to reduce downhole accidents,reduce the mortality,convenient for personnel,equipment into the well,electrical,mining environment real time monitoring and management,in the original on the basis of the underground industrial Ethernet,integrated networking sensors and wireless broadband technology,establishing a wireless sensing and optical fiber transmission network.Based on the interconnection of coal mine integrated automation software platform development,make safe production linkage control and real time monitoring,personnel tracking and positioning,mine disaster early warning,emergency rescue and disaster relief,mine information management to achieve the.Reduce the coal mine safety problems at the same time,accelerate the pace of coal mine enterprises.
