| 摘 要： | 以某装置为例,介绍新建焦炉气制甲醇装置在没有外界蒸汽供给的情况下,通过在转化工序综合加热炉内设置辅助烧嘴,配合其蒸汽发生段、烟气过热段和烟气汽包,燃烧焦炉气产生符合开工要求的蒸汽,供整个装置开工使用。

| Abstract: | Taking a plant as an example,this paper describes the newly-built methanol plant based on coke oven gas,in case there is no external steam supply,the startup steam conforming with the requirements can be generated by burning the coke oven gas for use of the whole plant startup,by means of the auxiliary burners installed inside the integrated heater of reforming section and cooperated with its steam generating section,flue gas overheating section and flue gas steam drum. |
