| Abstract: | Realistic significance, theoretical basis and management object of effect of 6S management on a first-class production site ’ s building were illustrated systemically in this paper. Five steps in implement and attention notes for further consolidation and improvement were discussed in detail, so as to construct a high quality production and management site, laying a solid theoretical foundation and providing practical guidance. |
