| Abstract: | The technology of lining sand on iron moulds is one of the important process for casting ZG340 640 steel wheels. Original production process,the main casting defects and caues of hot crack in wheel production are summarized. A Whole set of process parameters are also put forward and the satisfaction on quality and remarkable economic results are abtained through new method. |
