摘    要:介绍了伴随铝合金MIG焊过程中产生的氧化铝烟尘对焊接操作者的危害和影响。铝合金烟尘可引发多种慢性疾病,但由于潜伏期长,危害性不易引起人们的注意。铝合金焊接过程中产生的氧化铝烟尘具有悬浮时间长的特点,普通防护面罩难以实现良好的防护效果。提出了具体的防护措施,并指出铝合金MIG焊过程中的铝尘防护必须引起高度重视。

Abstract:The fume harm of Al2O3 that created in aluminum alloy arc welding process is discussed in this paper.Correlation literatures indicate that the fume of Al2O3 can cause many chronic diseases.For the latency is long,the hazard is hard to he noticed.Because the fume harm of Al2O3 that created in aluminum alloy arc welding process would suspend for a long time,the general protection helmet could not get good results.So the practical application is proposed and that more attention should he paid to the protection of the Al2O3 fume harm.
