超细CuSn20合金粉末的烧结及性能研究

摘    要:以机械混合法和雾化法制备的CuSn20合金粉末为研究对象,分别利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和布氏硬度计对冷压成形并在750℃烧结的样品进行了显微组织、物相组成和硬度的观察与测量;分析了粉末制备方法、冷压和烧结工艺对烧结试样组织和性能的影响。结果表明,以雾化法制备的超细CuSn20合金粉末为原料,进行30MPa模压成形、750℃瞬时烧结,可获得均匀、致密的微观组织,试样的主相为α-Cu固溶体,复压后硬度达到124.73HBS。

Abstract:In this paper,CuSn20 bronze alloy powders,prepared by mechanical mixing and gas atomization,were studied.By using optical microscopy(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Brinell hardness tester,the microstructures,phases and hardness of samples,prepared by cold compacting and sintering at 750 ℃,were measured respectively.Effects of the powder preparation,cold compacting and sintering processes on the microstructure and properties of products were investigated.The results showed that the samples with uniform and dense microstructures could be obtained from the atomized alloy powders.With the main phase of α-Cu solid solution,the maximum hardness of the sample was 124.73HBS.
