球型CaMoO_4:Eu~(3+)荧光粉的水热合成及其光致发光性质

摘    要:利用水热法在低温下制备了CaMoO4:Eu3+发光材料,考察了不同稀土掺杂浓度等条件对产物性能的影响,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱(PL)等手段对样品的微观结构和光谱性能进行了表征。结果表明:160℃下水热法制备的CaMoO4为纳米颗粒组装成的球状结构;当Eu3+掺杂质量分数为9%时,CaMoO4:Eu3+荧光粉呈现出2条较强发射峰,其中在615nm处的发光强度最强,红橙比(R/O)为6.5/1。

Abstract:CaMoO4:Eu3+ was synthesized by a hydrothermal method using aqueous CaCl2 and Na2MoO4 solution at low temperatures.The effect of different rare earth doped concentrations on the structural,optical,and morphology had been studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),photoluminescence(PL),and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).It was found that spherical CaMoO4 was synthesized by the hydrothermal method at 160 °C.When the doped concentration of Eu3+ was 9%,the emission spectra of CaMoO4:Eu3+ had two emission peaks,in which the strongest emission peak is at 615 nm with R/O ratio as 6.5/1.
