基于夹点技术的加氢裂化装置换热网络节能改造

摘    要:基于炼油厂加氢裂化装置现行换热网络,利用夹点技术对其进行分析改造,得到了较好的节能效果。首先以夹点温差为20℃,计算得出该装置换热网络的夹点温度为125℃,最小热公用工程量为10 449kW,最小冷公用工程量为49 193kW;针对换热网络不合理的情况提出节能改造方案,然后对提出的节能方案进行严格模拟,确定该方案可节省57.89%的热公用工程和27.76%的冷公用工程,投资回收期为1.2a。

Abstract:Based on the present heat exchanger network of some hydrocracking equipment,an energy saving retrofit scheme was put forward which can get a good energy saving effect.Given pinch temperature difference 20 ℃,the minimal requirement of the hot utility and the minimal requirement of the cold utility were 10 449 kW and 49 193 kW,respectively.Considering the improper matches of the heat exchanger network,a retrofit energy saving scheme was used to simulate the scheme strictly.Hot utility requirement saves 57.89%,cold utility requirement saves 27.76%,the payback period for the scheme is 1.2 a.
