电网区域间可用输电能力的计算方法分析

摘    要:分析了在计算可用输电能力(available transfer capability,ATC)时考虑的2种容量裕度的含义及使用容量,对基于确定性模型和概率性模型的各种ATC计算方法及其优缺点进行了比较和分析,指出ATC在实际计算时仍存在的一些问题,提出应从总体上进行优化算法的设计、采用混合优化结构、探索新策略等方面入手解决存在的问题。

Abstract:The meaning and application capacity of the two capacity margins considered in computation of available transfer capability (ATC) are analyzed. Various ATC calculating means based on deterministic model and probabilistie model and their respective advantages, disadvantages are compared and analyzed. Some problems still existing in actual ATC computation are indicated. Solutions are proposed in terms of conducting global optimum design, adopting hybrid optimal configuration and exploring new strategies.
